By accessing or using NEET Arena, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you are not legally able to accept these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must review and accept them for you. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use signed-in features.
2. Independent educational service
NEET Arena is an independent exam-preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NTA, NMC, or NCERT. It is not an official examination, result, counselling, or admissions service.
Practice scores, analytics, explanations, and suggestions are study aids. They are not official results, rank predictions, eligibility decisions, medical advice, or a promise of admission. Always rely on the relevant official authority for dates, rules, eligibility, counselling, and admissions.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and use only an account you are authorised to access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. One person should not create accounts to evade limits or disrupt the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may use NEET Arena for personal, non-commercial study. Do not:
- interfere with the service, security controls, or other users;
- use automation to scrape, bulk-download, or overload the site;
- attempt to obtain hidden answer keys before submission;
- copy or republish substantial parts of the question bank;
- sell access, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful content;
- probe accounts, APIs, or data without written authorisation; or
- use the service to violate another person's rights.
5. Content and intellectual property
NEET Arena's original questions, explanations, interface, branding, and editorial arrangement are provided for personal study. Source citations identify underlying educational concepts and do not transfer ownership of third-party publications to NEET Arena. NTA, NMC, NCERT, textbook, and other third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may make ordinary personal study notes. You may not reproduce, publish, resell, or create a competing question bank from substantial parts of the service without written permission.
6. Content quality and corrections
Questions are original, source-grounded drafts that undergo validation and human approval before publication. We work to keep content accurate, but errors, ambiguity, interruptions, and omissions can occur. Report suspected issues through the contact form. We may correct, replace, archive, or withdraw content when needed.
7. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features or content, including to reflect official exam changes, maintain security, or improve quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a particular question, mock, or feature will remain available.
8. Account restriction and deletion
You can delete your account from account settings. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, content, or service security, or when these terms are materially breached. Where practical, we will provide a reason and a way to contact us.
9. Disclaimer and responsibility
The service is provided on an "as available" basis for educational practice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NEET Arena does not promise a particular score, rank, admission, or uninterrupted result. You remain responsible for study choices and for confirming all official information independently.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may change as the service develops. The effective date will be updated when a revision is published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated date. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form.
