We collect account identity, learning activity, and information you choose to send through support. We do not ask for your phone number, date of birth, school, home address, counselling data, or payment details in this version.
Who operates this service
NEET Arena is an independent educational practice platform available at neetarena.in. It is not affiliated with NTA, NMC, or NCERT. Privacy questions can be sent through our contact form.
Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account with email and password or Google, the authentication service provides an account identifier, email address, email-verification status, display name, profile image when available, and connected sign-in method. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored in the NEET Arena database.
Learning activity
We store the questions you answer, selected responses, timing, marks, mock attempts, results, bookmarks, and derived subject or chapter performance. This is necessary to resume attempts, score work, show progress, and identify areas for further practice.
Messages and technical information
A contact submission contains the name, email, subject, and message you provide. The service may also process basic request information needed for security, rate limiting, diagnostics, and reliable delivery, such as timestamps and network metadata.
How we use information
- authenticate accounts and keep them secure;
- save, score, resume, and display learning activity;
- provide bookmarks and progress summaries;
- answer support and content-quality reports;
- prevent abuse and diagnose service problems; and
- meet legal obligations that apply to the service.
We do not sell personal data. This launch version does not include behavioural advertising or paid products.
Service providers
Firebase Authentication processes sign-in information. Hostinger hosts the application and MySQL database infrastructure. These providers process data to deliver and secure the service under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments. We do not give providers permission to use learning activity for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Account and learning data is kept while the account is active so the product can provide history and progress. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to address the request, maintain a support record, or meet a legal requirement.
You can permanently delete your account from the account page. That action removes the authentication identity and associated learning records, including attempts, answers, and bookmarks. Limited security or legal records may be retained where required, and deletion from operational backups may take additional time.
Your choices
You can review your profile and learning activity in the service, correct basic identity details through the connected sign-in provider, sign out, or delete the account. For an access, correction, or privacy request that cannot be completed in the product, use the contact formand select "Privacy or account".
Students and guardians
NEET Arena is designed for examination preparation and may be used by students under 18. A parent or guardian should review account use and this policy when required. Do not submit unnecessary personal details in profile fields or support messages.
Security
We use access controls, verified identity tokens, server-side scoring, input validation, rate limits, and secure transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and report suspected account misuse promptly.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will change when a revision is published. Material changes will be presented prominently where practical.
